The onsite staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, the company’s pricing practices completely ruined the experience. They bring you in with a low rate, then 3 to 4 months later start hitting you with major rent increases, sometimes 200% to 300% higher than the original price. This has happened to me at three different Extra Space locations, and each time I ended up moving out because the cost became unreasonable. Nice staff, but I would not recommend this company for long-term storage.
