This is my first time renting a storage unit and Extra Space Storage has been a great experience for me so far. Michelle was incredibly attentive and kind. She was gracious over the phone with my questions and so helpful guiding me through validation process. She walked me through navigation to my unit. Very simple and clear. I had to run to another location for some boxes and supplies and Courtney was personable and helpful. My one and only gripe would be the strange black goo on the wall of my unit. Besides that everyone was decent and in order. ??
