I set up a short term rental over the phone from out of state & it was very easy. I met Yvette when I got to the facility a week later and she is as great as you've read in other reviews. She is so friendly, got us carts, showed how to use the keypads to get in and took us right to our storage unit. The building is extremely clean and easy to get to. I highly recommend this storage facility!
