The different representatives I have met at the 4700 Beech Rd location have been wonderful. In and outside the facility looks nice, clean and well kept. One problem I see is if you are considering a long-term rental, you will go broke. They bring you in on a special price which almost doubles within a few months. Thank goodness I bought the insurance because my storage unit has little issues running around, that I did not bring. I was told there may be an issue with a neighboring unit. For me the unit costs too much money for the size and the extra issues running around.
