This is by far the best overall storage facility that i have utilized within the past 3 years. I have had units at other facilities, and something was always an issue. Deborah (sp.?) is hands down the best manager is have encountered. She's knowledgeable, knows her job/facility, and makes things happen and gets them done! When i first got my unit, the guy working at the time (usually works downriver, i believe he said) was great as well, very professional (Deborah was off), however, the following day it was a torrential downpour outside and as I was unloading my trailer into my unit I had noticed that the downspout directly next to my units roll up door was gone and missing, which was causing the water coming down from the gutters to Splash all throughout the front part of my unit and was puddling up and was slowly creeping back into my unit, obviously it wasnt very level. I dealt with it at the time and squeegee it out, thankfully I had my totes and boxes on pallets which I have learned from past experience to do but I had mentioned this to the gentleman working and he said that they were supposed to be out the following week to fix it. Well a week or two went by and nothing had been fixed or anything and when I had first seen and Deborah when she had returned I had mentioned it to her and she said this was the first time she had heard about it and nobody had said anything to her. So either My complaints or request to get it fixed went in deaf ears or it got overlooked and forgotten about somehow, But within 3 or 4 days of mentioning it to Deborah, she had gotten it done! ?? Now I can open my door and go in and out of it without getting rain water splashed on my head and throughout the front of my unit when it is raining. I actually just rented a second unit here as well for a month or two as I work on sorting and cleaning my other one out !! Would definitely recommend this place. ~EW~
