My wife and I just got our unit today at the Springfield,Pa 1420 Baltimore Pike Location, with tons of Help from first on the Phone I talked to Desiree and she was an Amazing, just a ball if energy, I was smiling and we were laughing and it was just a very nice way to introduce the company, Desiree I would want 10 of her at my company maybe 20, so keep her happy you know raises and tell her about this review would be a great start... ok after I talked to Desiree,,,, My local Extra Space person gave me a call,,,, her name was Nicole,,, She was Awesome, wonderful person so much fun with Nicole,, we were cracking up laughing, she was wonderfull and would love abunch of her at my company also,,,,,,,, Again I would love to see where your recruiting these two because they are literally the foundation to a good business and your foundation is very strong with these two. Nicole was just as amazing and with her most was in person,,, we wanted to come and take a tour and we found what we wanted because again your absolutely above and beyond employees Desiree and Nicole made our day smooth, had some laughs, and I never felt so happy to pay 4 months up front anywhere but Extra Space is a different world,,, never ever ever lose these two women, Rock Star Employees!!!! So overall my day was a 10 out of 10 and that was all do to them.... so I know I had sent this already but they are asking for it again so I want to make sure its going thru... Thanks again!!
