These people need to have more than one person working that actually stays at the office, because it’s clearly too much for that one person. I Have a unit here and needed to make a payment BY phone.. I needed to talk to someone in the office TODAY and every time I called they turned me away because “they ran to the bank” or stated “ I’m gonna call you in 2 minutes I’m taking trash out” . They never called me back and now they dont want to answer and I’m unable to make a payment that needed to be made today!!! How can you tell people they gotta make payments but the people in your office don’t wanna accept the payments or they are “too busy.” Definitely will be paying what I owe and leaving . So unprofessional. then they will try to charge additional fees for something that was their fault.
