Update: after contacting the number the response to this review offered, I spoke to someone who told me her manager was out and there was no way to review my account until they return. No offer for resolution mentioned below or any kind of help. Additionally, the last time I visited the property it was infested with ticks to an alarming degree. RUN!! Do not give them your money!! Total scam. I rented a unit two months ago at $100 per month and very suddenly they’ve increased the rate to $200. Never in my life have I had a storage unit increase the rate that much in such a short period of time. I called and they said they’d review my account and get back to me, but never did. I’ll be getting my things and moving them asap as I cannot afford such a spike. I’m sure they’ll respond with something like “we needed to increase the rates due to this or that and it’s in your lease that we can do this,” but this increase is pure greed. Run! I’ll never support this company again.
