The person we spoke to in-person at the office earlier today could not have been nicer. He was polite, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the subsequent service we received here didn’t match that. When we came to drop our things off this evening after confirming in-person earlier today that the lease was signed, everything was ready to go, a lock would be in the unit waiting for us, imagine our surprise to find that our assigned unit was actually not available at all. It had someone else’s things in it and a lock on it. After driving an hour back here with all our stuff, we then had to put it all back in the car and drive it home again. Very poor service, and extremely unprofessional. Quick enough to take your money, but actually providing the service you’ve paid for? Well, apparently that part is optional.

This significant service failure and the inconvenience you experienced after driving an hour to access your assigned unit, only to find it occupied by someone else's belongings, is absolutely not representative of our standard of service or the professional experience you received from our staff member earlier in the day. We understand how frustrating and unprofessional this situation must have seemed, especially after you had confirmed in person that your lease was signed and everything was ready, including having a lock waiting in your unit. Having to reload all your belongings back into your vehicle and make the return trip home is completely unacceptable on our part. This type of operational failure contradicts the helpful and professional service you initially received from our office staff, and we take full responsibility for this disappointing experience. Please contact us immediately at (703) 379-8850 so we can resolve this matter and address the service issues that led to this situation.
