Started renting a unit in December at $200/month. Within 4 months, my rate jumped to $300 - a 50% increase with little warning. No issues with the facility itself; it's clean and access is easy. But that kind of bait-and-switch pricing is hard to overlook. If you're considering renting here, ask upfront how often rates change and by how much. I wish I had. At the end of the day, once your stuff is in there, they know your only real leverage is hauling it all out - and that's exactly what I'll be doing.
