Update: they promise to lower my rate and did for a few months over the last year or so it has gone up almost $50. Their unstable pricing lack of garbage disposal of any kind which you would expect to have is no good. There are much better places to go so I switched. They say one thing to keep you a little longer than jack up the prices. Best, Dan Jose, the manager did a great job helping with my unit, getting my new keys and assisting on trying to lower my unit cost that has significantly gone up. I have been a customer here for the past 5 years. Great experience overall.
