I just needed a place to stash some books and sentimental items while I moved. Rented from them 3 or 4 months. It was a great experience. Clean, no hassle or fuss. Easy access, working amenities. Visited the unit probably 10 times in those months and it was a smooth operation. Felt really safe being there and was proud to have my stuff stored with them. 10/10 recommend.

Extra Space is safe, clean, and reasonably priced. But its greatest asset at the Daphne location is Bob. When I couldn't get my units door open, Bob was there. When I had questions or concerns, Bob had answers. When I was finally ready to close my unit, I wanted to sell an appliance. Without Bob's help, that appliance might still be sitting there. He is a kind, friendly, and courteous professional who made my moving and storage stress free. Thank you Extra Space for Bob.

I had a nice experience renting a unit. Bob the manager showed the unit to me beforehand, facility appears very clean and smells clean, not like something is being covered up by air fresheners. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was alerted to any options they may have. The entire experience took only a few minutes. Overall very pleasant experience. Update: I have since moved out of storage. Extra Space Storage is likely the cleanest facility you will find. I would use again if needed. Climate control is great.
