Extra Space storage is great. Every representative has been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even today, Lakeshia, a manager, called and patiently walked me through questions I had about insurance and syncing payments for multiple units. I feel confident that a company that treats me with respect will treat my belongings with respect as well.
