I have been a customer of this storage facility for about 20 years, ever since it was called Super Safe Storage. Over the years, I have generally been pleased with the customer service as this facility has been lucky most of the time to have chosen really nice people, polite, professional, and helpful, to be their managers. But I must say, my experience with Aaron, the current manager at the Jordan Lane facility has surprised me. His customer service skills are exceptional, and he has gone over and above to resolve my issues. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have such a competent person managing their facility. Facility-wise, unfortunately, they have been a bit old and rather run down, but originally they were pretty cheap so that could be overlooked. They are currently undergoing renovations though, according to Aaron, so that should improve things. It's a mixed blessing as I'm sure the price will certainly reflect the updated surroundings.

I like the fact that I was able to go into the office to complete my leasing agreement. Morgan was great and very helpful and made everything easy. I was very upset with another company when I came to Extra Space Storage and Morgan helped me and walked me through the entire process.
