Sydney Carter has been an excellent example of true customer service. There have been a few times I needed information on the ‘ins and outs’ of his property & he’s been a joy to deal with even when I’ve needed him to explain (again) the company rules/policies. Each time we’ve spoken he’s always handled my needs professionally, thoroughly & patiently while maintaining a very kind demeanor.
