Michelle was great. Super sweet and made checking in easy. I set up my reservation online which for me was a quick and easy process itself, she just made it even easier when going in to handle the final touches. The price and location was perfect for what I needed.

I can’t say enough positive things about Michelle at the location on Madison Blvd. I’ve had so much chaos in my life since I had major water damage and continued delays in getting my house put back together. Michelle has helped me so much. She is very helpful, polite, professional and has gone above and beyond to make my life easier in any way she can.

I recently relocated to the Huntsville area. And one of the tasks I was actually dreading was finding the right storage place while going through the home buying process. I found a perfect climate controlled unit for a great price. Reserved it online. They called me within the hour to see if I had any questions or concerns. I couldn’t ask for more. And a brand new lock was waiting for me when I moved in. The grounds are clean and very secure. I will definitely use them for future needs Mike B

Came in from out of state. Was dealing with Michelle the store manager. I CAN'T say enough good things about her. She was welcoming, efficient and thorough and very accommodating. Her customer service was outstanding. We need more people to conduct business the way she does. She made the transition of relocating much easier.
