9/2026: Today I had several questions about my account that I was confused about. Chloe from the Madison Blvd. location called me back promptly. She took notes about my units, did some research, and got back to me quickly. She helped explain all of the details on how their contracts work, along with potential rental increases. She really went above and beyond help me understand how Extra Space Storage operates. With this knowledge, I can better plan and make decisions. Professionals like Chloe are who keep me loyal to Extra Space Storage. I highly recommend using them for all of your storage needs. 1/2025: I just rented another unit from Extra Space Storage today on Madison Blvd. Michelle went above and beyond to help me strategize the best solution for my storage needs, amongst the now 4 units we are renting.
