I left a good review at first, but now I'm updating it. The place is falling apart. Multiple doors broken for weeks on end. Leaving exterior doors propped open. And, while the facility is in disrepair, they have the gall to INCREASE the price by $80/mo? Nearly a 40% increase for my unit? Absolutely insane. Highly disappointed. Do not recommend at all under these circumstances. Also, a funny note, they did change the sign on the door, as before it was very snarky. Basically saying people who couldn't take care of things didn't deserve functioning doors. Lmao. UPDATE 07/10/26: I added an additional star for the customer service and the handling of the price. I spoke to one of the onsite managers, and they did take care of me regarding the price increase the last time I was there. The doors had not been fixed as of that last visit. Possibly 07/08-ish. She was extremely helpful and understanding. Both of the ladies in the front office were kind and we had a chuckle together. The staff has always been great, but this kind of corporate management of structured price hikes when the building is full, without any regard for the current situation of the building, is very anti-consumer. Have heard from past clients here that the usual tendency is to offer very low rates for move in and once you get EVERYTHING moved in and settled, they jack the price up - let me remind you, nearly a 50% price increase for my size unit. which was a 10x15 climate controlled... Went from ~150 to ~250, and I would've had NO idea if I had not called the automated line to complain to someone about the state of disrepair. They said an email was sent, and I am bad about emails, but I would say that a nearly $100 price increase is worthy of a freaking phone call. I probably would have rejected the charge through my credit card company and moved out if that's how it had played out, honestly. I've already moved out most of my belongings. The only way I'll stay is if my rate stays at or below the offered / advertised rates and if the repairs are done in a timely manner.
