To start off with price was really good but to suck you and they lowball the price and then they double the price so it forces you to move or keep paying if you can afford to give me a break for three months you can keep it at that price forever, especially when you do auto pay

I think all the way around they are probably the best units that you can rent for the money. They're quick to get you in and set up and they're willing to work with you based on individual circumstances very friendly. The only reason I can't give it a five-star is because I think that it is absurd that they have these big beautiful dumpsters there on site and even though we are clients they don't allow us access. I have rented many storage units from here to Cleveland and I have never seen a place that has dumpster but you have to haul out any trash you may have accumulated. So other than that I absolutely love these guys for helping us through an emergency move and they remain professional and pleasant.
