I had a chance to visit many of the storage places here in the westside of Phoenix and all seems to be the same. In fact, I was occupying one for over 7 years. When the rates went up and it was time to make a change and I found Extra Space Storage. What separated ESS from the others was their manager, Sherman Kailang. He made me feel like he actually cared about my needs and did whatever he could to make it just that much better. You may wonder how much better service can you get, it's only storage? For starters the location he picked for us was shaded in the afternoon, which he said most people come in the afternoon so why not come when it's shaded to work in your storage. Then, he went to work on the competitive pricing of the storage. He was so impressive, that my brother-in-law also ended up getting his own space. Get this, after a few weeks he found one right next door to me, where Sherman allowed him to move his items to the new one. I invite you to visit Sherman and see what it's like when someone is actually is good at what he does because he loves his work. Transcending to creating a happy customers that will hopefully stay for awhile. My track record is long term, I just wished my previous storage company valued my service. I think this time I found one. Thanks Sherman!!
