Service is good and unit OK but the fact that they doubled my rate without notice is not OK. Sure, fine print may say so but double is absurd. As a counter action I got a larger unit for the original price of the first unit. Had to transfer my stuff and only then everybody was fine.

*****Everything you love in the box to the left …listen folks if you’re storing it’s worth money to you so if an issue arises it’s pertinent to have staff that values your things also. I had come upon a small issue and Sherman (man of the hour) took hold of it and we resolved it quickly. Thanks Sherman for having people skills and good customer service that is one in a million. I love I can drive up, pop open the gate remotely, and drive to my unit. The guys in the office are a 12 on a scale of 1 - 10!! They were very helpful helping me with my account changes and they were also very nice to talk with. Great people!!
