BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I ENTERED A CONTRACT AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE IT WAS MORE AFFORDABLE THAN THE STANDARD RATE I FOUND WITH COMPETITORS IN THE AREA. Salena the manager there mentioned she would talk to the district manager as I mentioned the immediate doubling in Price after my 4 pre-paid months ended was higher than I could afford. NO!! she said her district manager (name coming soon!) sent a message to me this is more on par with the current market rates and you will get no relief. All of my belongings are at this facitliy as I had to move for work. Enter at Own Risk!! Jamie C. Business Owner

I called customer service told her what I needed and she was able to help me get a better deal and a location closer to my son’s school. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the different locations. I was able to set up everything over the phone, which was extremely convenient for me. Overall, it was a great experience!!
