I previously wrote a 1 star review and I am going to include that context below because it was my valid opinion at the time. I did want to delete that one and resubmit since I wasn't able to edit it. The 1 star review is still showing for some reason so I wanted to offset it with a 5 star. Shalie and Ty have been nothing short of amazing to work with. Things happen and they were incredibly helpful and respectful along the way. Insurance ended up covering it and they will be mailing me a reimbursement check for my stolen items. Thank you both and my apologies if I ever came off disrespectful to either of you. This was my previous review below. Staff has been super friendly. Clean. If you asked me a week ago I’d say I loved it. I have been here for like 3 weeks. I was the 15th renter. They aren’t even open on the 2nd/3rd floors. Less than 50 units rented out of the 900. My unit got burglarized a couple nights ago. Someone climbed over the top. The cop and lady working found the foot prints on the door and on top of shelving inside my unit. It just doesn’t seem secure. Definitely doesn’t feel that way now. Filed a police report and submitted claim. Looks like they climbed up the gate and over the top. They dismantled my lock from the inside. Don’t use cylinder locks. They’re trash. Kinda sad that this already has happened within a month of this location opening. We’ll see how the claims process goes. Will definitely boost this rating a star or 2 if made whole, but at the moment all this has cost me is energy and money to be here. I was better off not renting.

I highly recommend this place they have the best deals! You can't beat 33.00 mthly for a 10x10 in door unit with clientment control. I'm a happy customer with no more stress. Brand new facility, very clean!

I absolutely love this storage facility. It is very clean, in a great area and friendly staff. Dave was the person who helped me and he is awesome! Very knowledgeable and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place.
