I came in today to get into a larger unit, shalie was walking out the door to head to lunch and still took the time out of her day to help me with my transfer. She was amazing, nice, professional and had an amazing personality although we took her Lunch time away haha. Will definitely recommend this place as well as Shalie to anyone.

The manager at the 99th location in Arizona was amazing. Very friendly and professional. She was able to fix a mistake that was probably on my part with renting a unit on line but at the wrong location. She was able to close that one out, process my refund and get me a unit at her location where I wanted to be in the first place. There facilities are very clean and in the end I couldn’t be happier with the process.

I had a great experience with Shalie at Extra Space Storage. She was friendly, transparent, helpful, and genuinely hospitable throughout the entire process.
