Wow! What a different experience I have had thus far. Let me say it is night and day from the poor customer service and unkind people I dealt with at the last storage company! What a breath of fresh air. Bill & Scott were very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make the entire experience, thus far, amazing! From the cold waters they gave my family, myself and even the movers with the moving company to the thoughtfulness of setting the entry door to automaticity open vs having to push the code each time while we were unloading and even having a loaner lock I could borrow for a few hours as we were going back and forth to the location I was moving from. Even came by several times to make sure we were doing ok - and took the time to bring even more carts to our area to make the unloading more efficient. A huge shout out to both Bill & Scott!! I am ???? that after these 6 months I can renew for the same price or very close as the other storage company tried to over double my rent - thinking that I was stuck as I had 2 units. They were wrong! Not only was the cost here less, but the whole environment is so much better. Very clean! I hope to be able to remain for the foreseeable future! Thank you Scott & Bill.
