Update 2026 I used to love this place, but 6 yrs here and all we get is 30% increase every year. Higher than it should be, and probably because they can. There is no other option in the general area and the company knows it and in my opnions exploits and raises rates 3 times a year. Was paying $130 3 yrs ago when we got a bigger unit. Now paying almost $300. They can do what they want cause its monthly. IF you can afford to pay 6 months in advance I guess it keeps them from raising your rate or whatever but I dont have 1200 to spend on just my storage unit. Not sure who even does in this economy So sadly im stuck with this shit option paying up the butt. About ready to just throw it all away cause itd be cheaper than waiting other few years only to pay another 300. If Beth is still there im sure shes amazing. Otherwise if you have other options look into them. 2023 This review is for Beth! She has amazing customer service and helped me out the best she could! Great to talk to

The customer service is beyond what I could’ve ever imagined at ExtraSpace Storage. From Dominique at the customer representative Center and Stormy at the local facility in Gold Canyon I was very impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness I have received so far. They made renting here very, very easy and so helpful helping set up the app on my phone and getting started. The cleanliness of the facility in Gold Canyon, Arizona is amazing, I’ve rented at other facilities in the past and this place is by far the best I’ve ever seen. Very helpful staff and clean facility. Thank you for your help Dominique and Stormy.
