Well.. to start off the customers that were already renting under the previous owners weren’t notified of the changes after they changed ownership my rental fees went up.. and they expected me to sign a new lease under the new owners and I wasn’t about to do that because from previous experience their fees continued to go up and that’s why I moved out of the first place I leased from this company.. so no I wasn’t about to go through that again.. I even asked for the copy of the original lease I had under the previous owners.. which they told me they couldn’t provide.. so the next step for me to do was move( and I did) and to a much better place. One star is still too many.
