Most times that people post a review is when they have a negative experience. When I read the reviews on this storage location I was shocked to see a lot of bad reviews. Since my first day stepping into this storage facility I have always had great customer service. My unit was clean when moving in. The price was great in the beginning. 3 months later the price doubled, and I was kinda shocked. I immediately called the office and they informed me that I was on a promo rate for the first 3 months. I let them know that I was never told about a promo rate and if that was the case then I wouldn’t have signed up with them because the next storage company was not to far away from their original pricing. The receptionist (I’m assuming receptionist maybe manager) at the time let me know she could look into the pricing and get back to me. The employee called be back within 20 minutes and let me know that my rent was only going up 20 dollars now which I felt was reasonable. My rent never went up again. I saw the reviews of people complaining about moving their stuff out of storage and getting charged an extra month so I was kind of dreading it but when I called the office they told me just make sure you’re out before the new billing cycle and I would be good. And yup it was easy! I followed the rules and it worked. The only downside of this location is either the elevator is going to be broken or the bay door lol. All in all I would rent here again because place is clean and other renters some to be normal people also. I’ve been to some sketchy storage places before chasing that low rent and it wasnt worth it.
