Went to rent a storage unit for the very first time ever. From start to finish it was a very pleasant, and easy experience. The Gentleman in the office who helped me at the time when I went was very nice, helpful, and explained everything in a way anyone could understand. Was very nice, and respectful. Start to finish took maybe 15 minutes. I am very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend doing business here. Prices are very affordable especially for someone on a monthly permanent disability income. If you are looking for a storage unit this is your go to.

The staff is phenomenal and both units I have there were very clean up on move in . I have had a couple incidents with one of my units being left unlocked by mistake and was promptly contacted and yesterday left my keys on the bumper of which fell off and staff found them and they were recovered . All in all it's been a very good experience storing with extra space . I would highly recommend them .

I've used 3 to 4 different storage facilities between cube, smart and u, haul and a couple others out-of-state. I have to say that extra space by far. Not only took care of me financially, but also upheld me as a customer with the highest expectation. Thank you so much for being such a great storage facility and accommodating me to the fullest. Their prices starting now are probably the lowest out of them all, and they don't raise as drastically. Thank you so much.

The staff here and their customer service have been incredible to me the past couple years I've used this facility. I've been met with kindness and problem-solving every time I've called with any sort of situation or issue. The prices HAVE gone up since I first got my unit, but after price checking around and talking to friends with units at other facilities, it does seem to be the new standard. I've chosen to stay at this location because of the office staff instead of moving to a closer one. My unit stayed safe and the temperature control was good as well. Highly recommend.
