David is always very helpful to my husband. I informed my husband that a couple of days ago I entered the building around 6:10 am & it was >80°F & my candles that I store for selling were soft & starting to melt. I even have some special chocolate bars that were melting. My husband is hospitalized recovering from surgery so I didn't.tell him that day. I told him today & he immediately called & spoke with David who acknowledged that they did have a cooling problem that day & immediately got on it to get resolved. I will check it out today. I was so upset bc with have been renting from this place, formerly EZ Store for >15 years. It had never had a temperature increase to our knowledge that resulted in damaging our stored products. I will thank David when I see him. I'm trusting they have the cooling back. Thus has been our only significant problem other than burned out.light bulbs. EZ Stor was greatly good & we hope with the increased prices that Extra Space can match or even surpass the care & service of the previous owners. Kudos to David!!
