Representatives on sight are very helpful and understanding of customers needs. They are very knowledgeable of their business. The units are very clean. I moved my furniture out as clean as I brought it to storage unit. I always let my friends know that. I will always use Extra Space Storage. I have used them in the past at three different local locations and had great experiences at all three locations.
