Extra Space Storage at 2718 W Glendale Ave

The ONLY thing stopping me from giving this facility 5 stars is the young man that works here. Not William, William is great and the perfect example of somebody who is aware of customer service standards that should be met in his industry. But Liam? He is the worst thing to happen to this place. Starting from the fall of last year when my unit had some water damage and I went in the office to alert them of this as I had a valuable item that was severely damaged. When I walked into the office Liam was the only person in there and this was my first interaction with him. I told him of the damage and he said we called you to inform you about it when it happened. I informed I’ve received no such call and instead of looking into the matter he continued to argue with me about this he’ll bent on the fact that they notified me. Thank god William walked in the office and informed Liam that I in fact was NOT on the list of units that were contacted and that he didn’t know he damage reached my unit. Had Liam taken a moment to do some research instead of thinking he knows all, he would have found that out. Since then, every single interaction with this guy has been short, rude, and it’s almost like he’s on a power trip of some sort. When I’ve requested to speak with William because I do not believe Liam has proven to be helpful or kind EVER since I’ve met him, he gets upset and tells me that I’m going to have to call back later, the few times I’ve asked him to have William call me back, he has not given my message to William, I could only assume it’s part of his tantrum. Liam has absolutely zero understanding of what customer service is and I hope that he finds work in a non customer facing industry because this is not his strength.

Had really good rapport until I experienced some issues due to my human rights and lack of clean bathroom and toilet paper and the staff trying to intrude when I'm in the restroom. In addition to this I'm not allowed to have access to my storage unit a man that works there is threatening to throw me in my storage unit out because we can't agree when he keeps saying the same thing and he's making an assumption is profiling I don't know anybody here if you have conversations with random strangers they're not called hanging out hanging out is smoking with the homies in front of circle k

I would say this was a good storage facility however it does seem that the staff is a little pushy and you can't really get it in and out to get into your storage unit out of your storage unit and a timely fashion to their satisfaction feces on the walls in the restroom and no soap toilet paper or respect when the staff is knocking on the bathroom door rushing you when you have to clean the bathroom just to use the bathroom if I could give it zero Stars I would
