I went in this morning after Ron was kind enough to return my call. He explained everything and took me around to see 3 different size units. He is very knowledgeable, kind, patient. Extra Space Storage has been professional and friendly in every way. I went in to check the business out and had attentive service from the manager of the Gary Rd. store. I found clean units, secure enclosure, cameras and lights..and affordable prices and some discount in services. I'm pretty happy about it all!
