I cannot say enough wonderful things about this storage facility, especially the manager, Justin, who was an absolute lifesaver during one of the most stressful moves of my life!
I recently relocated from Durango, Colorado, to Scottsdale, Arizona, and to say my move was a disaster would be an understatement! Between severe weather, flooding, highway closures, travel complications, difficult movers, unexpected delays, and one logistical nightmare after another, it seemed like absolutely everything that could go wrong DID go wrong!
Through all the chaos, Justin was truly my guiding light!
As a real estate professional and business owner with Sierra Sells Land and Homes, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service, communication, and finding solutions. Justin exceeded every expectation!
He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, resourceful, and genuinely compassionate. Rather than simply answering questions, he listened to my challenges, offered excellent suggestions, and helped me find practical solutions as my moving plans continuously changed.
One of the most incredible examples of Justin going above and beyond was when my movers were arriving, but travel complications prevented me from being there. Justin actually arranged to meet my movers and provide access to my storage unit on my behalf! That alone took an enormous amount of stress off my shoulders!
Throughout everything, he remained calm, positive, accommodating, and solution-oriented. He never made me feel like an inconvenience, despite the constant changes and complications. He genuinely cared about helping me through a difficult situation, and that kind of customer service is incredibly rare!
And the PRICING deserves recognition too! I researched storage facilities throughout Scottsdale and Phoenix, and this location offered the BEST pricing I found! Affordable climate-controlled storage combined with outstanding management is an exceptional value.
Even if you have to drive a little farther, DO IT! The savings, peace of mind, and extraordinary customer service are absolutely worth the extra miles.

From a Moving Nightmare to Finally Having Peace of Mind!
I never imagined renting storage units would become one of the most positive parts of an otherwise disastrous interstate move, but that’s exactly what happened!
I recently relocated from Durango, Colorado, to Scottsdale, Arizona, and rented two climate-controlled units at this beautiful, brand-new facility. Everything is modern, clean, and secure, with convenient elevator access that makes moving belongings so much easier! The pricing was also among the best I found in Scottsdale and Phoenix.
What I didn’t realize was just how grateful I would become for the manager, Justin!
My relocation was an absolute roller coaster of severe weather, flooding, road closures, travel complications, and endless problems with my moving company. Justin was incredibly accommodating throughout everything, even helping coordinate access for my movers when I couldn’t be there personally.
Unfortunately, when I finally saw my belongings, I was absolutely HORRIFIED!
Durango Pro Movers had left BOTH of my storage units in complete chaos! Furniture was piled haphazardly, boxes were crushed, belongings were improperly stacked, and I discovered broken and damaged items.
I have a substantial collection of antiques, valuable furniture, and high-value personal belongings that I’ve spent years collecting and caring for. Seeing everything treated with such little consideration was absolutely heartbreaking!
I’m also extremely particular about organization, so walking into that disaster was completely overwhelming.
That’s when Justin stepped in with a wonderful recommendation!
He gave me the business card for APEX Moving and reassured me that he had experience helping other women who were just as OCD about organizing and protecting their belongings as I am! He told me I would be in good hands with APEX and assured me that he would still be there if I needed anything else.
How AMAZING is that kind of customer service?!
And he was right! APEX came in and reorganized both units, handling my antiques, valuable furniture, and personal belongings with extreme care. The BEFORE AND AFTER photos speak for themselves! What a tremendous relief to finally have everything properly arranged and accessible!
What makes Justin so exceptional is that none of these problems were his responsibility. Yet he genuinely cared enough to listen, understand my concerns, offer a trusted recommendation, and make sure I knew I wasn’t on my own.
That kind of kindness, reassurance, and personal attention is incredibly rare these days!
I also love knowing that Justin takes security and customer safety seriously. With so many valuable and sentimental belongings in storage, that peace of mind means everything to me.
Between the beautiful new building, climate-controlled units, excellent security, convenient elevator, and outstanding management, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I honestly expect these units to fill up quickly!
