WARNING !!!!!! This company is NOT reputable and has lost ALL credibility. I have been a PAYING customer for two years, and without any prior notice or communication, they increased my monthly storage rate from $97 to $213. That’s more than double the original price — with no explanation, no updated agreement, and no authorization. My current contract does not renew for another four months, yet they claim the price is “subject to change at any time.” For two years, my rate never changed, and now they’ve suddenly inflated the price with no warning. This is unethical, deceptive, and a violation of good faith business practices. Last year, management contacted me to extend my contract. This year, they made no contact whatsoever before charging me the new inflated rate. This shows a complete lack of transparency and accountability. This company does not honor its pricing, contracts, or customers. They will raise your rates without notice and charge your card automatically. I strongly advise against doing business with them — they engage in price inflation, breach of agreement terms, and deceptive billing practices. Recommendation:?Avoid this company at all costs. They are untrustworthy, misleading, and fail to operate with integrity or transparency.

They went out of their way to make our transaction quick and very helpful with showing the property at Mcdowell Scottsdale Extra Space storage!
