Amazing Customer Service from Tati- I called due to a change in my billing, and was even considering moving locations. Tati and I spoke for a whole 5 min, while she explained different options. We hung up, and not even 3 hours later my phone rings, it was Ms. Tati. Letting me know she took care of me without me even knowing. Long story short, this is the type of customer service we need more of. More personalized, caring, above and beyond, and for the customer. Thank you Tati you are a blessing!!!
