10 stars no issues. Got a 10x15 climate controlled unit that worked great. Kept stuff in there since last August to today and no rat poop or dead roaches. Well kept facility. Only gripe is that they close at 5 or 6 pm or something so if you work a regular job it might be tough to get in and out.

This is a nice storage space overall. We noticed the door was broken to the entrance of the storage units which did not seem to be secure at all and could not be locked shut. After moving in we had our price double after 3 months so we moved to another unit and we were basically forced into a 6 month contract to save $100 a month. I have been renting storage units across the country for 20 years and I have never signed a contract before. Funny how the first few months was not a 6 month contract. I can’t wait to get my stuff moved to another storage facility that values their customers and is not so greedy. I noticed someone moving to a smaller unit when we moved in and they gave us two really nice pieces of furniture because they could not fit them in their unit and they were obviously in this same situation. The price will start out at a decent then will double after that from what we noticed. It is very sad how this storage facility is treating their customers. PS. The storage unit is not in my name so no need in a response from the owner saying that records do not show I have a unit at Extra Space Storage.
