I wasn’t notified that the price of my storage unit increased and is now double what I was paying. Extra Space did not send me an email or anything in the mail telling me that the price I’d pay was a 100% markup. When I called they said “there’s nothing we can do.” I know that the price can increase but double what I was paying is ridiculous, the same storage unit I was renting is listed way lower on their website.
