Had a great experience today at Extra Space Storage. It was very clean and acquiring my unit was very easy and quick. Also the security protocols they have in place are very comforting.

The experience over the phone was not great, as this is not a local support. I would highly recommend walking in and getting help. Vicky was so great to work with, very helpful, informative, and understanding. The space is clean and initially affordable (up to 3 months), pretty standard. The only drawbacks are that there aren’t enough carts and the literal one-minute timer for personal codes to work for the elevator do not even last long enough for the elevator to get to you from any other floor. There’s a lot of need to repunch codes numerous times to get to your storage. It seems like a minor inconvenience, but when you’ve been hauling stop back-and-forth, it really becomes nuisance. If they would get a few more carts and reset the timer for the amount of time it takes to get from the top floor to the parking lot, it would be 5-star for sure.

Renting a unit here was easy and worth it. We only needed a small space and the price is great for the size of the space. Nothing outrageous. It was washing making a reservation to ensure I got the unit I wanted. The lady that helped us that day even showed us an example unit to ensure that’s what we wanted. Then payment and sign up was a breeze. We’ve had a not so great experience with our last unit from a different company. So we were hesitant to get another. But at the end of that day I felt I will be able to for sure trust this company and I feel at ease knowing my belongings will be safe. Thank you Extra Space!

I’ve had a not so good experience with another storage company in the past so I was hesitant to rent another unit from other placing thinking it would be the same. But this new company was so much better then the last. The price was right especially for the size of the unit. (5x4 unit) it’s clean well maintained. Staff was friendly, very through and helpful. Thank you Extra Space! We appreciate the great experience and we feel safe leaving our belongings in your unit.
