I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this Extra Space Storage location, all thanks to the incredible woman working at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and genuinely went out of her way to help me secure as many promotional discounts as possible, making the entire rental process completely effortless. I actually showed up having accidentally booked a unit at a completely different location. Instead of turning me away, she was incredibly sweet and understanding about the mix-up. She even helped me with my request of trying to see if I could get a refund for the other location. Even though that refund ultimately got denied, her amazing energy, kindness, and positivity made the situation so much easier to handle. To top it all off, she literally helped me carry boxes to my new unit! She is simply one of those rare people who naturally brightens your day. Even if there’s a storage place closer to you, it is worth coming to this specific location just to experience her top-tier customer service. Highly recommend!
