Overall, it was a great experience. The customer service was responsive. My only complaint is the administrative fee that wasn’t disclosed in the beginning.

We recently moved out of our unit after maybe 10 years, a single-car garage sized space with outdoor access. This facility is very tidy & well run. Since Extra Space took over management I think it’s had even longer access hours. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bathroom is always accessible (at least during office hours—I’m not certain of this point) & clean—unlike another storage facility in Santa Barbara which shall remain unnamed. Thank you for the years of great service.

An inexpensive storage unit with excellent customer service. Ashley made it extremely easy to successfully store and move all of my stuff. She helped me open my storage unit and she is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going to the extra space storage in Carpinteria.
