Extra Space Storage has great customer service! I’ve used storage units a few times over the years during different moves, and when I first found Extra Space Storage in Oxnard, I was really impressed by how kind and helpful the staff were. When I had to move again and needed a storage unit in Carpinteria, I decided to use Extra Space Storage again because of the great experience I had in Oxnard. I was so happy to find that the customer service in Carpinteria was just as great! I was probably pretty stressed both times because moving is never easy, but I was met with kindness, patience, and great customer service at both locations.
