Absolutely shady business practices from Extra Space Storage. I won a storage auction fair and square, showed up ready to pay my invoice, and they refused to honor the sale. After wasting my time, money, and travel, they canceled the unit instead of completing the transaction. This feels extremely dishonest and misleading. If you’re bidding on units here, be careful — even if you win and pay, they may still back out. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a huge waste of time. Would not trust their auction process again. Buyers deserve transparency and for businesses to honor their commitments. Names are jessica and Sabrina
