Joe was extremely helpful. We were going to move to a 5x15 from our already 10x10 for the sake of raising our rent. However it seems it would be in our best interest to simply stay, Joe really helping us out getting us locked in. Thank you Joe for showing great customer support & service.

Not only did he give me a tour of the facility he showed me how to utilize the digital lock and recommended that I do to be sure I knew how to gain access into my unit just in case I come after the office has closed. I was helped by Joe. He was great at explaining how everything works. Awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend the place . Don’t do it over the phone have some one walk you through the steps if you are renting a Bluetooth lock storage.
