I was so reluctant to place my valuables in storage because I haven’t moved in years. I first did my research and I was terrified about the rating on other sites about how customers were getting their belongings stolen. Extra Space Storage came up with great reviews, and I was still reluctant until I came into the Cerritos store and met Jose. He made my experience so much easier, and answered all my questions, he patiently showed how the facility is secure and safe. I felt like family. I appreciate his customer service.

Gracie was wonderful, explained everything in a very understandable way and was honest about pricing and unit sizes! Today 07.01.24 was move out day for me and they were very helpful and informative. They even offered a dolly. The process was quick and easy!
