The representative I spoke to was friendly, prompt, informative, and efficient. She answered my questions knowledgeably and fully and made sure that I was aware of all charges involved in the rental as well as the location and its proximity to the college. Living out of state, I was nervous about renting a unit unseen for my college student, but after this phone call, I feel very well taken care of and confident that this was the right choice. The process was easy, and I received all materials quickly via text/email after the phone call in order to finalize the rental. Highly recommended.
