While having my original storage facility shut down while I was half way across the world sucked, I was lucky enough to find Omar and Mark and their exceptional professionalism and service. Kind, honest, and truly eager to help, I felt safe to entrust my belongings to their facility. This is the best place in LA to safely store your treasured belongings! I kept a unit here for literally 10 years with a thin lock and never had ANY safety issue!!! I had moved away and it took me 10 years to get back to empty the unit and when I returned to empty the unit, all of my items were in the SAME condition I had left them with no sign of critters entering and no dust or water damage ! Everything was clean and how I’d left it ten years before ! I am more than happy with Extra Space and I would use them again!!
