My husband and I needed a small storage space and decided to go online to rent one. The process was very simple and easy to navigate. There was a small technical snag at the very end so my husband went in person the next day to finish up. Mark Yob, the assistant store manager, was very engaging and helpful! Would highly recommend this location based on cleanliness and its customer service.

Very clean storage facility and excellent staff. Even with limited interaction, Mark always remembered who we were and was extremely helpful. Just as importantly, he was easy to reach. And no interaction ever required a follow up because he literally knew the answer to every question posed to him.

Mark, the asst. manager, was very easy to work with. He listened to my needs and found the perfect sized space for us & conveniently located next to an exit. Friendly, helpful and efficient service! I know our belongings are very safe at this location! Thank you!

I am a professional organizer and having a storage unit is a necessity for my business to store product. We outgrew the unit we were renting for the past year and when I let Mark Yob know I needed a bigger unit, he was on it. He helped us find another unit that was perfect for us. He made the transition smooth and was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond the call of duty. Extra Space Storage on 1017 El Segundo is by far the best storage facility I have ever used. Well maintained, clean, well lite with 24 hour access. My items stayed clean and safe!! I have rented from them for almost 2 years and the rent went up slightly after the first year. I highly recommend the El Segundo Extra Space Storage!! Their staff are kind, helpful and friendly. If you need a safe storage facility Extra Space Storage in El Segundo is the best!! Thank you for taking such good care of my items!! Especially Adrian is exceptionally helpful!! Thank you Extra Space!!!!

Great experience with Adrian. He made the process very easy, was very helpful. The units are very clean and secure. Overall a great place to do business. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Mark was responsive and quick at setting me up. I got there and Mark showed me around and within ten minutes I rented my space, got a lock and dropped off my first few boxes. The place is clean and available every day.

The store manager Mark is very nice and helpful both when I checked in and out. I rented a 10x10 storage for a year and three months, and I am happy with the experience. Mark did mention there will be a price increase once in a while (maybe once in six months), but I only got increase one time and it's not a lot and I think is reasonable. Thank you Extra space and Mark.

Traveling North on the 405, exit left onto El Segundo Blvd, passing under the 405 you will pass the Ramada Plaza on the left. Proceed West up El Segundo Blvd, passing the LA Airforce base. Continuing past Sepulveda, you will find our facility located at the top of hill accross from the Chevron plant. Make a right hand turn at Center St and an immediate left into the first drive way on the corner.

To travel El Segundo Blvd directly you will follow El Segundo all the way West past the Los Angeles US Airforce base and Aerospace buildings.
