This used to be a good independent storage facility, and then Extra Space purchased it and now it's being run into the ground. Front gate has been broken for weeks. Obnoxious, but I can get past that, there's another entrance that can be accessed. But now the indoor facility ELEVATOR IS BROKEN and has been out of service all week. I went today because I need to get items out of my 2nd and 3rd story units to use for work tomorrow and the elevator is still broken. I can't carry this stuff down 3 flights of stairs, so I'm just screwed. And to make matters worse no one works on site on Sunday, so there's no one to talk to, so who knows when I will actually access my stuff. I called the office number and got transferred to a call center in another country. Basically one person runs this whole facility by himself Monday - Saturday. Must be nice Extra Space to take your customer's money but not fix anything and only employ one person (probably paying poverty wages) to run a whole facility. If you're in Elk Grove there are so many other storage facility options, spend your money elsewhere.
