I’m renting out a unit. We received an email that the storage place was going to do some maintenance on the sprinklers. The notification said if we wanted to take our stuff out by 2/6/26 or if we were ok with having them move our stuff around, we could leave it as is. Last time we dropped off stuff at our unit was end of January 2026. Everything was there. Came back 2/1/26 and all our storage bins were gone. The office said it could have been burglars or maybe the sprinkler guys had moved our stuff. They got back to me and said that our unit had been empty for a month now. How? We were just there late January 2026 and all our stuff was there. Do not store your belongings here if you don’t want them disappearing. Oh and our combination lock was also removed and changed to a key lock. Why change the locks on us and not inform us? If my unit was burglarized, why wouldn’t the office call me to let me know? Not reliable at all! Haven’t had the unit the long either and this has been my experience. Update: Been trying to call you, “Owner”, ever since your reply, but you’re not personally answering me back. Look at the security cameras. Either your sprinkler guys messed up and placed my belongings in a wrong unit, they left my unit open when entering on a date they were not supposed to or it’s an inside job?
