????? I want to recognize Ashley and John for their outstanding customer service. Ashley noticed that my storage unit may have been compromised and took the initiative to call me—not just once, but she followed up to make sure I came in to inspect it. When I arrived, Assistant Manager John reviewed the notes with me, escorted me to my unit, and confirmed that the lock on my unit wasn’t mine. He quickly removed the lock so I could access my unit, where I unfortunately discovered some items were missing. Even though Ashley was off today, she came into the office to speak with me personally and explain the next steps alongside John. They were both compassionate, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me through a stressful situation. While I’m disappointed that items were missing, I’m incredibly grateful that Ashley’s attention to detail and proactive communication alerted me before I discovered it on my own. It’s reassuring to know there are employees who truly care about the security of their customers’ belongings. Thank you, Ashley and John, for going above and beyond. Your dedication and exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed.
