Everything was super easy. I picked size, reserved & paid online. When I arrived the following day, my packet & lock (which is provided) were all waiting for me. Downloading the app makes it so easy to access entry to gate & doorways if you have an inside storage. I was confused about the lock but front office came right away to help me. She was so pleasant. Highly recommend!!
