I had a great experience working with the team at this Extra Space Storage location, conveniently located right off the Jamboree freeway exit. Francisco and Sandra provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to help me find the right storage solution without ever making me feel pressured to purchase services I didn’t need. Im back again for another unit, couldn’t be more satisfied with how easy and seamless my storage rental process was handled. I recommend leasing their storage units. I had the pleasure of dealing with both the male Francisco and female Sandra who works in the office and they both were polite, professional and very accommodating. I will recommend this location to any of my friends and family needing storage in the future.
